The book consists of chapters discussing evidence on these particular topics based on research from various countries including Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Malaysia. Himachalam Dasaraju has served as a Professor & Chairman of Commerce at Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, India for more than 32 years. Tulus T.H Tambunan is Professor of Economics, Universitas Trisakti, Indonesia.
